After a neighborhood auto repair shop, much beloved by the community, closed for owners' retirement, I was concerned about finding another auto mechanic. The retiring mechanic offered other options. My first time choosing Bob's Automotive was a success. Despite being incredibly busy, Bob answered my initial call and was positive from the start. My son's 15 year old Mazda 2 was not drivable. Bob found a way to identify the problem, give me clear and honest info, and repair the rear shocks within a few days. Many thanks to Bob. I highly recommend their services.

Can't recommend this place highly enough. I was really in a bind when my car broke down while traveling and they squeezed me in to quickly get me back on the road. On top of that, everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice and the communication was clear. The price was very good, too.

i had my heat shield loose the other day and these random construction workers on the street helped out with my car to not drag anymore. i still wanted to get it checked bcus i have a long drive soon and they were able to squeeze me in later in the day i called and he checked with no charge which is much appreciated. if i was still living in ohio, i would come back again, they are people who are just trying to look out for you

Bob is and has always been a top notch mechanic! He's completely honest and will get you the best deal possible on any part needed to get your car up and running! I've taken multiple vehicles to Bob for over 18 years and he's always been truthful about every vehicle I've brought his way! A+++++++ service always!

Have used this shop several times. Bob an Laurie are honest, and hardworking. You can trust they will tell you the truth and charge a fair price. Highly recommend
